One constraint I’ve always thought about playing with is amount of time spent on work. It’s easy to let tasks fill in space, which results in working endlessly. Especially building your own business.

I wonder if more explicitly constraining my work might result in much higher efficiency work.

I think this is one of the reasons the pomodoro method (on a micro-scale) is so effective. You're forced to time-box your tasks.

I was just thinking this too. I'm going to experiment with it, I think you're right it will lead to much more efficiency. Ex: what if you could only work 20 hours this week?
